Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end accounting operations

, including

Turnover, EBITDA, GST Return, TDS Return, and Compliance

. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in line with

Indian Accounting Standards

. File

GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

within due dates, ensuring complete compliance. Manage audits, reconciliations, and detailed financial reporting for management.

Lead and supervise a team of accountants

, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and efficiency. Independently manage the accounts department, handling all statutory and compliance obligations. Provide financial analysis and insights to support

business decision-making

.

Requirements:

Experience:

8-9 years in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of

Turnover calculation, EBITDA analysis, GST & TDS returns, Indian Accounting Standards, and Compliance management

. Proven ability to

lead a team

and also work independently to handle full accounts. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP or equivalent). Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

or equivalent.
