Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Bookkeeping & Accounting



Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/ERP). Record journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable



Process vendor bills, invoices, and staff reimbursements. Track client payments, follow-up for collections, and maintain AR/AP reports.

Banking & Reconciliation



Handle bank transactions, cheque deposits, and online payments. Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations.

Compliance & Taxation



Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance with Indian laws.

Reporting & MIS



Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports. Support management in budgeting and expense tracking.

Audit & Coordination



Provide necessary data for internal and external audits. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and vendors as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
