Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:



We are hiring an Accounts Executive to handle routine accounting tasks and support the finance team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be comfortable with data entry and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:



Record daily transactions in accounting software. Handle data entry for sales, purchases, and expenses. Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and invoices. Reconcile bank statements and petty cash. Maintain files and documentation for accounts. Assist in GST and TDS filing and basic compliance. Support the team in preparing reports as required. Coordinate with vendors and follow up on payments. Assist during audits with document preparation. Perform any other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software. Good Excel and data entry skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to learn and support the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
