Support day-to-day accounting operations using Tally, handling banking tasks, and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth finance & accounts workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Make entries for sales, purchases, receipts & payments in
Tally ERP
.
Maintain ledgers, prepare invoices, manage accounts payable & receivable.
Reconcile bank statements; process cheques, NEFT/RTGS/UPI transactions.
Handle petty cash, vouchers, receipts, bills; maintain proper filing & document control.
Assist with GST / TDS compliance and statutory reporting.
Provide clerical support: generate reports, correspond with vendors/banks, organize accounting records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance or equivalent.
Proven experience in Tally ERP.
Basic knowledge of banking operations and accounting principles.
Good communication skills, attention to detail, reliable & organized.
