Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely billing, invoicing, and collections.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth account handling and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update ledgers.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or improving efficiency.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Provide administrative support to the accounts or sales team when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an accounts-related role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
