Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP, including sales, purchases, journal vouchers, and payment/receipt transactions. Prepare and process vendor invoices, customer bills, and credit/debit notes Manage accounts payable and receivable, including regular follow-ups for outstanding payments. Ensure GST compliance by preparing data, supporting return filings, and resolving any mismatches. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate financial documentation and support audit-related requirements. Track expenses and manage petty cash records efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams for billing inputs and MIS data. Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance management. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong ability to interpret financial data and generate insights Capability to identify financial issues and implement effective solutions.
