Job Profile-Accounts Executive

Job Location-Mumbai(Near to CST)

Gender-Male/Female

Qualification-Must be a graduate

Salary-As per the minimum wages of Maharashtra

Experience- 0-2 yrs in finance/Accounts field

Job Type-Contractual

Core Responsibilities-

Bookkeeping & Transactions:

Maintain accurate, daily records of financial transactions, including general ledger maintenance and invoice processing.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Manage vendor payments and client invoicing to ensure timely transactions and cash flow management.

Reconciliation:

Perform bank reconciliations and verify accuracy in financial statements, ensuring ledger accuracy.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Compliance & Tax:

Handle statutory compliance, including timely GST/TDS payments, filing returns, and assisting with tax audits and assessments.

Budgeting & Analysis:

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving measures and improve efficiency.

Documentation & System Updates:

Keep financial records, documentation, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) updated.

Key Skills

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally).

Analytical Abilities:

Strong numerical skills to analyze financial trends and discrepancies.

Attention to Detail:

High accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Communication:

Ability to collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
