We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accounts Executive
with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and supporting day-to-day financial transactions in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Handle daily bookkeeping tasks such as ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and cash handling.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations including TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payments.
Use accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
