Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements and cash flow statements.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment tracking and reconciliation.
Prepare and process journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations.
Assist in managing taxation processes ensuring timely payments and compliance with local regulations.
Liaise with external auditors and support them during audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Com Graduate.
2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a CA firm.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
