Job Description

1. Accounting & Billing



Manage day-to-day entries in

Zoho Books

Generate sales invoices and record daily transactions Maintain accurate records for sales, purchases, and payments

2. Inventory & Stock Control



Update and reconcile physical stock vs Zoho inventory Raise purchase entries and maintain reorder levels Flag low-stock and slow-moving items

3. Admin & Petty Cash Handling



Monitor and report petty cash expenses Maintain expense vouchers and approvals Handle store-related admin tasks like utility bills, office supplies, AMC, etc.

4. GST Coordination



Liaise with the CA for

monthly GST filing & TDS

Share required reports and reconcile data for returns

5. General Office Coordination



Coordinate billing, file maintenance, and customer records Handle day-to-day operational support and vendor coordination
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,398.24 - ₹20,968.96 per month
