Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Mumbai at Capsicum Mediaworks. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collections, follow-ups on outstanding payments, and coordinating with clients for payment discrepancies. The role also involves assisting with TDS/GST calculations, salary processing, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including preparing and issuing invoices. Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies. Assist in payment collection activities to ensure timely receipts. Prepare and maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and reconciliations. Handle TDS and GST calculations and support compliance requirements. Generate periodic reports on receivables status and cash flow.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6 months - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivables management. Proficiency in Excel. Good communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with clients and teams. High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.

Salary:

CTC: ₹ 1.8L -
2.4L Per Annum
