Job Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support our clinic's overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally and Microsoft Excel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, purchases, and expenses Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, petty cash management, and bank reconciliation Monitor outstanding dues and follow up on patient payments or third-party claims Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor ledger Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Work with external auditors and consultants when required Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies Coordinate with front desk, admin, and operations teams to align financial data Maintain and update Tally or any other accounting software used by the clinic

Requirements

:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting Proficient in Tally - voucher entry, GST, invoicing, reconciliation Strong working knowledge of Excel - formulas, reports, and data entry Ability to handle day-to-day accounting independently Basic understanding of GST & TDS preferred

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
