Accounts Executive :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Accountants Executive

to support our Finance team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks for our B2B sales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in accounting within a fast-paced, target-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments with clients. Record and track accounts payable transactions and process vendor payments. Perform daily bank reconciliations and update cash flow statements. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws (e.g., GST, TDS) and assist in filing returns. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all transactions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure proper billing and expense allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 1-2 years of experience in a junior accounting or finance role (internship experience also considered). Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and time management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
