The Deep Seafood Company, a leading seafood exporter, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer collections, cash, bank, and petty cash transactions Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections Reconcile bank and current accounts with branches Book service invoices, rebates, and charges Manage branch cash locker and cash handover procedures Release blocked customer orders as per credit control approval Prepare VAT returns and support audits Prepare financial reports and periodic reconciliations Perform costing for imported shipments and reconcile inventory Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Provide backup support to finance and accounts team

Preference:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office

and accounting/ERP software. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
