Job Description

We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive

with strong practical exposure in

Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax compliances

. This is a

long-term, stable role

requiring independent handling of statutory work and coordination with government departments.

Experience Required

Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

Day-to-day accounting in

Accounting Software

Ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and finalisation support Preparation of MIS and compliance data

GST Compliance

Filing of

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9

GST reconciliation (Books vs Returns) Filing of

GST refund applications

Handling GST notices and departmental follow-ups Liaison with GST officials when required

TDS & Income Tax

Calculation and payment of

TDS

Filing

E-TDS returns

(24Q, 26Q, etc.) Filing of

Income Tax Returns

Computation and payment of

Advance Tax

Handling income tax notices and portal follow-ups

Liaison & Coordination

Liaising with GST, Income Tax and other statutory authorities Coordinating with clients Following up on approvals, refunds and rectifications

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Designing

basic posters / brochures

for LinkedIn & Instagram Supporting firm branding and compliance updates on social media

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong practical knowledge of

GST, TDS and Income Tax

Hands-on experience with

return filing & portals

Proficiency in

Tally ERP, Zoho Books

Good communication and drafting skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
