Job Overview



We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our construction projects. The role involves handling site-wise accounts, vendor payments, statutory compliances, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain

books of accounts

including vouchers, ledgers, and journals for construction projects. Handle

site-wise accounting

, tracking material, labour, and subcontractor expenses. Process

vendor and subcontractor bills

, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation. Manage

GST compliance

, including invoice verification, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation. Prepare

bank reconciliations

and monitor cash and bank transactions. Support

monthly closing

, MIS reports, and cost analysis for projects. Assist in

TDS compliance

, payroll entries, and statutory deductions. Coordinate with

site engineers, procurement, and management

for accurate financial data. Assist auditors and provide records during

internal and statutory audits

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree or PG in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts or CA firm/construction field. Strong knowledge of: GST, TDS, Income Tax Accounting standards Proficiency in Accounting Software & MS Excel. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple clients.
