The Deep Seafood Company, a leading seafood exporter, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Receivables team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer invoices, receipts, and account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
Record and update daily transactions in ERP/accounting software.
Coordinate with internal departments and clients for payment-related queries.
Prepare accounts receivable reports and assist in month-end closing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office
and accounting/ERP software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preference:
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Male candidates preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
