Job Description

Accounts Executive

Record and track all petty cash disbursements with proper documentation and receipts with company

policies and approval processes and monitor for discrepancies or misuse and report any irregularities

Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Record daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, etc.)

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Familiarity with accounting software (Tally ERP9)

Proficient in MS Office

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Integrity and trustworthiness
