Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
Handle
Zoho Books
(or related Zoho Finance tools) for invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting.
Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.
Manage billing cycles, follow up on payments, and assist with client invoicing.
Generate reports in
Excel and Google Sheets
for management review.
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial clarity.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
