Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finances

Handle the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle: vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payments. Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Support in project-based billing: tracking time sheets, generating invoices, and ensuring timely collections. Support in monthly and quarterly reporting: Compilation of project wise data and reporting Assist with monthly/quarterly closures, GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliance.

Contracts & Documentation:

Draft and manage service agreements, NDAs, and other client/vendor documentation as per standard templates. Maintain well-organized digital and physical documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Office Administration:

Support billing calculations, employee expense tracking, and petty cash management. Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies, services, and maintain vendor records. Correspondence with Bank and other stakeholders Provide administrative support for internal audits and process documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: 1-3 years in accounting or finance roles, preferably in an IT services or tech company.

o Technical Skills:

o Proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime. o Strong command over MS Office 365 - Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups), Word (document formatting), and PowerPoint (basic presentations).

o Soft Skills:

o Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
o Good communication and organizational skills.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of IT service contracts, project billing models (T&M / fixed bid). Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in a services company. Experience working in a tech-enabled or cloud-based accounting environment.
