Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will primarily handle accounts payable, bill verification, and support client site operations. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and on time. Verify vendor bills and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records for all financial transactions. Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for smooth operations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and internal controls.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

Education: B.Com (mandatory).


Experience: 1-2 years in accounts payable and related functions.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Hands-on experience in accounts payable and bill verification. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus). Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
