Record and process journal entries, bank transactions, purchase entries, and payments.
Maintain and update all accounting records, registers, and supporting documents, both physically and digitally.
Perform regular filing, scanning, and documentation to ensure proper record-keeping.
Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
Support audit processes by organizing and providing necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Over 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficient in Tally , GST,TDS and MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and banking procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
