Verify and check vendor bills with supporting documents.
Process and schedule vendor payments as per company guidelines.
Maintain updated vendor records and ensure timely communication on payment status.
2. Bank & Cash Handling
Prepare and perform regular bank reconciliations.
Manage petty cash, record expenses accurately, and ensure timely replenishment.
3. ERP & Documentation
Record daily attendance in the ERP system.
Make inward entries for materials received and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain organized records for audit and accounting purposes.
4. General Accounting Support
Assist in month-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice clarifications and approvals.
Support the finance team with any additional accounting tasks when required.
