to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and documentation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of real estate accounting, GST, TDS, and project cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client payments.
Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and vouchers for all real estate transactions.
Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS filings, and ensure statutory compliance.
Track project-wise expenses, advance payments, and cost allocations.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and management for financial data and approvals.
Maintain proper records of property sales, customer advances, and commission payouts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
(B.Com / M.Com preferred).
2-3 years of experience in
accounts
; experience in
real estate or construction
industry preferred.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office
.
Knowledge of
GST, TDS, and other accounting standards
.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlin
