Job Title: Accounts Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Manager - Accounts
Location: Bangalore
Job Purpose:
To support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy in data entry,
maintenance of records, and timely compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Accounting Operations:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho or any accounting software.
Maintain and reconcile cash, bank, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries and reconciliations.
2. Taxation & Compliance:
Assist in preparation and filing of monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Support TDS calculations and quarterly TDS return filing.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
3. Vendor & Customer Coordination:
Manage vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
Follow up on receivables and reconcile customer accounts.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare monthly MIS reports for review by Manager - Accounts.
Assist in preparing ledgers, trial balances, and supporting documents for audits.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
5. Support in Audit:
Assist internal and statutory auditors with required data and explanations.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Zoho, MS Excel, and accounting standards.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance areas.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
