We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Sales, Purchases &
Claims team and Invoice Checking team. The ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in
accounting principles and be proficient in relevant software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic accounting tasks, including ledger posting, balance sheet drafting, and
reconciliations.
Perform bank and general reconciliations, and manage stock workings.
Utilize Tally and MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel.
Verify and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to basic accounting
principles.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Female candidates preferred.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong conceptual clarity on basic accounting rules.
Proficient in ledger posting, balance sheet drafting, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Office, and advanced Excel skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting for the Invoice Checking team.
