Opening for Accountant - Required for a Manufacturing Industry (Male candidates only)

:

? Recheck of all invoices made at factory & Inward invoices of vendors

? Making the statement of Balance payments of Vendor & Customer.

? GST Filling, TDS, service filing & PT filing

? ESI and PF Calculation and filing

? Prepare and dispatch cheque of vendors

? Verifying & sending the expenses amount for Marketing & Installation team members as per request & update the same for approval

? Prepare DC and invoices.

? Check the invoice of vendor - Price/Quality approved sign

? Prepare and issue of salary statement

? Follow up of Customer balance payments

? Tender documents preparation and submission as per approvals

? Prepare Debit note and credit note.

? All statutory payments- Mobile bills, broadband, electricity, water, Insurance etc.

? All statutory returns has to be done

? Preparing balance sheet and P&L on monthly basis

? Factory vehicle diesel expenses

? Inventory valuation, verification and maintance of asset.

? Attending internal and external auditors.

? Banking transactions and bank guarantee.

? Import & export transaction.

? Daily, weekly and monthly reports

Qualification:

? Educational qualification - B.Com/M.Com/ICWA - Accounting and Taxation only.

? Candidates preferred with Tally and excellent communication skill.

? Minimum 1-3years' experience in Accounts.

20,000 to 25,000/- Per month
