Position - Accounts Executive

Location : Malur, Kolar District, Karnataka.

Department - Finance.

Looking for an Oriented Accounts Executive for our Plastic recycling factory at Malur

Key Responsibilities :

Preparation of Purchase Orders Verifying Invoices against Purchase Orders Maintain of Inventories, ensure accuracy between physical stock and accounting records Track Raw materials, finished goods, and work in progress, ensuring proper documentation of all stock movements. Maintain of Consumables - Inward and Outward Conduct regular stock checks and physical counts and if any discrepancies to reconcile. Maintain employee attendance Maintain proper Purchase and Sales register Maintain accurate financial records including Invoices, Receipts and Inventories.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
