We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong experience in invoicing,billing and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
INVOICING
Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with GST regulations related to invoicing
Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts
Maintain accounts receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for billing accuracy
Handle credit notes, debit notes, and invoice adjustments
Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
Support internal and external audits as required
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Monitor inventory records and reconcile stock with accounting data
Coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock movement entries
Track inward and outward inventory transactions
Assist in periodic stock audits and variance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing cycles, and accounts receivable, Inventory management.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, )
Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling high-volume invoicing
Knowledge of ERP systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,703.37 - ₹33,488.32 per month
