Hello Candidate, Greetings from Hungry Bird Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. We are hiring Account Executive for our client in Hyderabad. Location: HitechCity, Hyderabad Experience : - 1 to 3 yr Qualification: B.com Graduates Work Mode: Work from Office A. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

• Keep update the Accounting / Financial Transactions on timely manner & Managing
• Expenses and producing accurate financial information.
• Execution of statutory compliances timely.
• Ensure the receivables are maintained with in credit period

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Book Keeping

• Maintaining Accounts in Tally
• Client Accounts - book keeping
• Bank Reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Treasury, Payments and Banking Relations
• Good relation with Bankers
• Payment of all Stat. dues for all Units from Corp. Office (TDS, GST, PT, Duty Etc.)

C. Competencies: (Technical & Behavioral)

• Finance &Accounting knowledge
• Proficient in Accounting software like Tally ERP9, Tally Prime, Zoho Books
• Proficient in Goods & Service Tax Returns
• Proficient in Tax Deducted at Sources
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

D. WORK CONTACTS INTERNAL:

• CEO, Director, Partners
• All the Dept. of the company

EXTERNAL:

• Bankers / Financial Advisors
• Internal & External Auditors
• Investors
• Government Agencies

E. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

• Reports functionally and administratively to CFO (Finance)

F. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounts Executive with B.Com/M.Com having minimum 1-2 years experience

Salary : Best Salary will be offered based on the qualification and experience. Preference will be given who can join immediately. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9400,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift

Education:
