We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive
Accounts + HR Executive
who can independently take charge of building and managing both accounting systems and HR best practices from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is particular about processes, precise in execution, and passionate about creating structured systems that support a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Manage daily accounting entries, payments, and financial documentation.
Handle vendor coordination, reconciliations, petty cash, and invoicing.
Assist with statutory filings including TDS, GST, and audits.
Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
HR:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes end-to-end.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Process monthly payroll and employee reimbursements.
Develop HR systems, documentation, and policies aligned with best practices.
Proactively drive employee engagement and performance processes.
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting and HR.
Hands-on experience in Tally, MS Excel, and HR tools/software.
Someone who
builds systems independently
--without waiting for direction.
Very
