Job Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

to oversee end-to-end accounting processes, liaise with project teams for status updates, manage procurement for new products, and handle vendor payments and billing efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to coordinate across finance, procurement, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities / Daily Tasks



Manage

end-to-end accounting operations

, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting. Coordinate with project teams to

collect and track ongoing project status updates

for accurate financial planning and reporting. Handle

purchases for new products

, including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and cost management. Process

vendor payments and manage supplier billing

, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Maintain and update accounting software records to ensure financial data accuracy. Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports. Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking. Liaise with internal teams for approvals and documentation related to procurement and payments. Ensure compliance with tax laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Keep organized and up-to-date filing of financial documents for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
