Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business and undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. It also includes preparing budget and check for all overbudgeted projects.

Job Responsibilities includes:

Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles Preparing budget and financial forecasts Computing taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Conduct month-end and year-end close process Collect, analyze and summarize account information Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc Develop periodic reports for management Prepare Client's Contracts and check on-boarding process Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the upper management Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
