to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely entries, and support the finance team with reporting, compliance, and project-related accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable - vendor bills, client invoicing, collections, and payments.
Assist in preparation of MIS, reports, and financial statements.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee expense records.
Ensure statutory compliance support (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for documentation and payments.
Assist senior finance team in audits and internal reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
2-4 years of experience in accounting (preferably interiors, construction, or project-based firms).
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
