Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel and restaurant, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain

daily accounting entries

for hotel and restaurant operations Prepare and verify

daily revenue reports

(Rooms, F&B, Banquets, POS) Handle

cash, bank, and petty cash management

Reconcile

POS systems, guest bills, and folios

Manage

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Process

vendor invoices, payments, and follow-ups

Maintain

inventory and stock records

in coordination with stores Prepare and file

GST/VAT/TDS returns

as applicable Assist in

monthly closing

, P&L statements, and MIS reports Coordinate with

Front Office, F&B, Stores, and Management

Support

internal and external audits

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

hotel & restaurant accounting procedures

Experience with

accounting software

(Tally, IDS, Opera, or similar) Proficiency in

MS Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related degree or diploma

1-3 years of experience in

hotel or restaurant accounts

preferred
Preferred Experience

Experience handling

POS systems and hospitality ERP software

Knowledge of

taxation and statutory compliance

in hospitality sector

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
