Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

to join our

Hospital Finance Department

. The candidate will be responsible for managing

doctor payouts, hospital accounting, and profit & loss reporting

, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital finance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

monthly doctor payout processing

and reconciliation. Maintain

hospital income and expense records

accurately in accounting software. Prepare and analyze

Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

and other financial reports. Assist in

budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis

. Support internal and statutory audits related to hospital accounts. Coordinate with the

Finance & Operations team

for data verification and expense approvals. Ensure compliance with

hospital finance standards and internal controls

. Manage

TDS, GST, and other statutory entries

related to payouts and vendor bills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
