The Accounts Executive will handle daily accounts work of the company and help in maintaining correct financial records.
Main Responsibilities
Enter daily purchase, sales, and expense bills
Make sales invoices and check purchase bills
Maintain cash book and bank entries
Do bank reconciliation
Maintain customer and supplier payment records
Follow up for pending payments
Help in GST work and return preparation
Maintain salary records and employee payments
Assist in PF, ESIC, and other compliance work
Maintain basic stock and expense records
Support CA and management when required
Qualification & Skills
B.Com or basic accounting knowledge
Experience in accounts preferred
Knowledge of Tally and basic Excel
Understanding of GST is an advantage
Experience
2-4 years preferred
