Job Overview:

We are looking for two (2) dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and supporting our financial department, company executives, and managerial staff while suggesting improvements to current accounting systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and reviewing financial records.

2. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.

3. Preparing budgets regularly.

4. Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.

5. Reviewing and implementing financial policies.

6. Establishing and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.

7. Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

8. Developing budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.

2. Proven experience as an Accounting Executive or similar role.

3. Working knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

4. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

5. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software.

7. Good understanding of data privacy standards and regulations.

8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
