to join our finance team at Polymechplast Machine Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and finance operations, with hands-on experience in
GST filing, TDS compliance
, and other essential accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and file
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage
TDS deductions
, payments, and filing of
TDS returns (24Q, 26Q)
as per statutory requirements.
Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.
Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience
in a similar accounting role.
Proficient in
Tally ERP
, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS
, and Indian accounting standards.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates from a
manufacturing industry
background will be preferred.
Experience with
audit support and compliance documentation
is a plus.
