Job Description

We are looking for an

Accounts Executive

with strong experience in

Garment Manufacturing Accounting

and

BOM (Bill of Material) preparation

. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of

fabric consumption, unit conversion, and per-garment costing

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain

BOM (Bill of Material) sheets

for garments Calculate

per garment costing

based on fabric and accessories Handle

unit conversions

(KG / Meter / Pieces to per garment basis) Maintain

manufacturing accounts

and stock records Track

raw material consumption, wastage & variance

Post

purchase, production & issue entries

in accounting software Handle

GST, TDS, Payroll & Bank Reconciliation

Strong working knowledge of

Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas) Coordinate with

production & store team

for data accuracy (Preferred) Knowledge of

E-commerce accounting

- Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho
Required Skills

BOM Sheet preparation Garment manufacturing costing Fabric consumption calculation Unit conversion (KG ? Meter ? Per garment) Tally / Accounting software Excel (Advanced level) GST, TDS, Payroll basics
Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Qualification

2-4 years experience

in Garment / Textile / Manufacturing industry
