Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
Maintaining ledgers, journals, and other financial documents
Managing incoming and outgoing invoices
Ensuring timely payments to vendors and collections from clients
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensuring all the proformas are generated within the timeframe
Assist in preparing tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
Preparing documents and reports for internal and external audits
Coordinating with auditors and responding to queries
Ensure compliance with payment terms and company policies regarding vendor and client transactions
Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving or operational improvements based on financial performance.
