At MyProlist India Online Services Pvt. Ltd., we're growing fast -- and we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliances and be ready to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS, and Professional Tax filings and ensure timely compliance. Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements. Assist in payroll processing and related compliance activities. Coordinate with auditors and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date. Maintain vendor and client payment records and ensure smooth financial transactions. Support in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 1-3 years of experience in accounting and compliance management. Strong knowledge of GST, FIRMS, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, FDI and other statutory compliances. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,463.83 - ₹20,000.00 per month
