Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries and reconciliations.
Prepare and verify vouchers, bills, invoices, and other supporting documents.
Manage bank transactions, deposits, and reconciliations.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Support statutory compliances like TDS, GST, PF, and PT.
Coordinate with internal departments for bill approvals and documentation.
Help in preparing financial reports and MIS as required by management.
Ensure timely deposit of taxes and filing of returns.
Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
