Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Address Of Choice Realty Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate company based in Noida Sector 4. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Assist in tax compliance and audits

- Maintain and improve accounting processes and procedures

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field

- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in real estate industry

- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws

- Proficiency in accounting software
