Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Sector 104 Noida

Experience Level: 0-2 years preferred

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Data Entry Executive with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, entering data into accounting software, assisting in bookkeeping activities, and supporting the finance team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter accounting data accurately in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP system.

Record day-to-day financial transactions (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payments, Receipts, Petty Cash, Journal Entries, etc.).

Maintain ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and ensure data accuracy.

Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.

Support in preparing GST returns, TDS entries, and other statutory filings.

Generate reports like balance sheets, P&L statements, and trial balances as directed.

Maintain organized filing of all accounting documents and bills.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to resolve accounting queries.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and internal processes.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of debit-credit rules, accounting entries, and ledger posting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other basic tax compliances.

Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.

Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance (preferred).

2+ years of experience in accounting or data entry roles.

Experience in working with accounting software and Excel.

Basic understanding of statutory compliance and bookkeeping standards.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ?25,000/month (Depending on experience & skills)
