Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Tally ERP Executive

to manage and oversee our company's

complete accounting and financial operations

. The ideal candidate should have

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Tally ERP

with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end accounting

activities using

Tally ERP

Maintain

day-to-day accounts

, vouchers, and ledgers Manage

accounts payable & receivable

Handle

bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

Manage

GST filing, returns, reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

and compliance Handle

TDS calculations, filings, and returns

Maintain

purchase, sales, expense, and inventory records

Coordinate with

auditors, CA, and tax consultants

Ensure

statutory compliance

as per Indian accounting standards Monitor

cash flow, profit & loss, and balance sheet

Assist management with

financial analysis and cost control

Ensure

accurate documentation and record maintenance

Requirements:

3-5 years experience

in Tally ERP Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in

MS Excel & accounting reports

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to handle

complete company finance independently

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

manufacturing / trading / service industry

Knowledge of

inventory accounting

Ability to work with

multiple business units or brands
