Role: Accounts & Finance ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations: AP/AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliation Prepare GST filings, TDS calculations, and handle statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT) Maintain accounting records in

Tally ERP / Zoho Books

Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, and receivables follow-up Support monthly/annual closing activities & audit coordination Assist management with budgeting, cash flow planning & MIS reporting Maintain documentation for purchase orders, job work, and goods movement

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Tally

, GST, TDS, and accounting standards Good understanding of manufacturing or tooling industry accounts Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, MIS, reports) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
