B.Com with minimum 5 years experience in a Health care organization preferably multi specialty hospitals of repute.
His / Her knowledge in Tally/Excel /SAP would be preferred.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
To take charge of all the Accounting Functions as section Head and can be called upon to
deputize for the Senior Manager & Manager duties from time to time.
Updating Pharmacy Sales on day-to day basis.
Reconciliations Patients Procedure Report from HMS software with accounting documents.
Updating & Confirmations of RTGS, Payroll, Cheque Payment Transactions for further
process.
Communications with the bank for information, Accounting discrepancies and for other
services.
Preparing & issuing cheques after getting proper authorizations from the manager level.
Regular updating of cheque issue register in uniformly.
Daily up-dations of Collection entries in the books of Accounts.
Accounting of provision entries.
Involve along with the Manager level for the preparation of the MIS for onward submission to
the CFO.
Follow up documentation with the bank in respect of any queries & discrepancies.
Verifications & Updating of In-Patients, Out-Patients, Advance Receipt and other
Collections.
Monthly salary/PF/ESI/Professional tax reconciliation with HR.
Assisting the Manager Level in the achievement of the organization objectives by properly implementing SOPs and time lines
