Accounts Executive (Construction Field)

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable

Accounts Executive

with a minimum of

4 years of experience

in the

construction industry

. The role involves managing payments, statutory compliances, bank reconciliations, and daily accounting activities with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Labour and Supplier Payments:

Handle daily and weekly

supplier and labor payments

via

NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS

. Maintain clear and accurate payment records for all transactions.

Work Order Management:

Verify, process, and

close work order bills promptly

. Coordinate with site teams for bill verification and approvals.

Statutory Compliance:

Manage

ESI and PF onboarding, exit formalities, and monthly payments

. Ensure

TDS deduction and payment

for labour contractors as per statutory norms.

Banking & Accounting:

Prepare and reconcile

Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

on a regular basis. Handle

cheque clearances

and ensure

daily passbook entries

are updated.

Reporting & Coordination:

Coordinate with project and HR teams for all labour-related financial activities. Maintain up-to-date ledgers, records, and statements. Support month-end closing and reporting tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

Minimum

4+ years

of accounting experience, preferably in the

construction field

.

Skills:

Strong understanding of

NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transactions

,

BRS

,

TDS

,

ESI

, and

PF

. Proficiency in

Tally

,

MS Excel

, and

online banking

. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
