Accounts Executive
to support our financial operations and help drive compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update
daily accounts
and general ledger
Handle
invoicing, billing, and follow-up
with clients and vendors
Process and record
supplier bills, purchase entries
, and
payments
Monitor
accounts receivable and payable
, and prepare MIS reports
Reconcile
bank statements
, vendor accounts, and ledgers
Assist with
GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and payments
Support
auditing processes
and coordinate with external auditors
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with
company accounting standards and statutory regulations
Liaise with internal departments to streamline financial documentation
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company)
Hands-on experience with
Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
Working knowledge of
GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and basic data analysis
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Traits

project-based accounting
or job costing
Ability to handle
multiple locations/accounts independently

Compensation
As per industry standards and based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
